MbuniGroup Cancellation Policy
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the MbuniGroup website (the "Website") and the MbuniGroup mobile application (the "App"). Collectively, the Website and the App are referred to as the "Platform". Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as any other policies posted on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and others.
All commercial/contractual terms are solely between the Buyer and the Merchant. These terms include, but are not limited to, pricing, shipping costs, payment methods, and delivery terms. MbuniGroup does not involve itself in the establishment or execution of these terms. We may, however, offer services to Merchants such as order fulfillment, payment collection, and customer support, based on independent contracts with the Merchants.
MbuniGroup facilitates transactions but does not take possession of products at any time, nor does it hold any liability for goods or services offered by Merchants.

In the event of cancellation due to any of these reasons, MbuniGroup will notify you and, where applicable, offer a full refund. You will not be entitled to a refund if the cancellation occurs due to changes in the delivery address, failure to provide adequate delivery instructions, or refusal to accept delivery.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, delivery periods are approximate and subject to delays due to various factors, including merchant processing time or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
Failure to Accept Delivery: If you fail to accept delivery at the designated location, the order will be deemed delivered, and no refund will be provided. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure availability for receipt of the order.
Incorrect Orders: If an order is incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance. We will coordinate with the Merchant to address the issue. If the item is not returnable, no refund will be provided.
When making a payment, you must provide accurate payment details. MbuniGroup uses third-party payment processors for secure transactions, and we do not store your credit card or payment information. Any issues related to payment processing should be directed to the payment provider.
